All indicated prices are in Singapore dollars. We reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance.

We put our best effort to provide you with full and correct details of the product, descriptions and prices, but errors may be found. If we found any error in prices of product, we will inform you as soon as possible and let you make your own decision as to whether you confirm your purchase order at the correct price or cancel your purchase order.

If we cannot contact you within 7 business days, your purchase order will be deemed cancelled. In such case, if you have made full payment for your purchase order, you will receive a refund in full. We are not bound to comply with your purchase order if prices shown on this website is incorrect (even though after your purchase order have been accepted).

We reserve our rights to limit the quantity of certain product to be purchased by each customer as specified on our website.

We cannot guarantee that every product offer online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In such rare event where the order product has zero stock at your order processing, we will inform you by phone / email, to make alternative arrangement.

Delivery will normally take 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays) from date of order processing. Delivery timing: Monday – Friday (1000 – 1530 hrs )

Delivery Address
At checkout, please ensure that your delivery address is correctly provided, if it is different from your billing address.

All products, once sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for incorrect product, quantity, damaged/inferior quality products upon delivery of the product. In such case, do report the issue to Allied Asia Resources Pte Ltd (“AAR”) staff through office contact @ +65 6659 8980 or write in to us @ [email protected] within 7 days upon receiving of goods, or 10 days of purchase.Details to be highlighted during first report.

– Detail description and photo of defect,
– Date of purchase,

All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition with content intact, in its shipped packaging. Defaced serial number will render the immediate void of product warranty.

• In person (Preferred method – for on-site testing of defective product in the presence of the buyer) Or, mail back through a Courier Service with a tracking number. AAR does not bear responsibility for any lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items sent out via normal mail.

Exchange can only be of the same product, or it’s variant and subjected to availability. You will able to receive a refund if the item cannot be replaced. If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
